- Whether in group classes or alone, at home, make "comfortable" postures for your body. Avoid forcing on your muscles.

- The practice of yoga should in no way hurt. It is a practice of well-being! There must be no pain when performing different postures. If this is the case, do not force it, go back to the initial posture, or perform another, simpler one.

- Depending on your flexibility, your endurance or your level of fatigue, adapt the postures and take the time to take breaks between each of them. Yoga is not a question of performance, yoga is a question of well-being!

- Pay attention to your body especially if you are injured (or recently restored). Some postures can aggravate your injury, do not force especially and better do not do certain postures (the most advanced in particular).

- In case of excessive injuries, it is more than recommended to consult your doctor before starting to practice yoga again.

- Yoga does not involve competitiveness, listen to your body and go at your own pace. Wellbeing first and foremost

- Practice according to your feelings, do not do positions in which you are not comfortable. We can not get all positions right the first time! This comes with time and regular practice.

- "No bread, no bread". The practice of yoga is to do good, to yourself, to your body. And if you are a challenger at heart, go ahead but gently.

- If you are injured, pregnant or sick, you can practice. The practice is different and adapted to your situation. Listen to your feelings.

- Enjoy the present moment! To do yoga is to do good, physically and mentally, to be at peace with your mind, in harmony with your body. Leave the performance in the locker room!
